What This Covers
Panelling only looks right when the preparation underneath it is right. Every join filled, every edge caulked, every line taped and cut straight. Pull the tape and it should be sharp enough that you cannot tell where the wall stops and the panel starts.

Tell us what you are after and we will let you know what we can take on and what is better handed to a carpenter first.
Will the joins show once it is painted?
Not if they are filled and caulked properly first. That is most of the work on a panelled wall.
