Most of the work is in what you never see. Old filler and imperfections sanded back, cracks and nail holes filled, joints caulked, knots sealed before anything is coated. Skip that and the finish tells on you inside a year.
Floors and furniture are covered before anything starts, and the room is left clean at the end of every day, not just at the end of the job.

Can you do just one room?
Yes. Plenty of jobs are a single room. The same preparation goes into it as a full house.
Do I need to move everything out?
No. Move what you can and we will cover and work around the rest. Floors and furniture are protected before anything starts.
