New Builds & Developments
New builds finished from bare plaster to handover, including wall panelling, ceilings and woodwork, brought together with a clean, crisp finish.
What This Covers
A new build starts from nothing, which means the preparation is the job. Bare plaster sealed, knots treated, timber primed, then built up in coats rather than rushed in one.
We work to a programme and keep to it. If a house is due for handover on a date, that is the date we work back from.
- Bare plaster sealed and primed
- Knotting and priming on new timber
- Walls, ceilings and full woodwork package
- Wall panelling and feature walls
- Single houses or a run of them
- Snags picked up before handover

Good to Know
Do you take on more than one house at a time?
Yes. Runs of new builds and apartments are a regular part of the work.
How soon can plaster be painted?
It has to be properly dry first. Coat it too early and it will show later, so we check before starting rather than guess.
